Located on the 35th floor of a downtown Los Angeles office building, Lockton Insurance Brokers needed to expand, and leased the 36th floor above. The project required creation of a vertical connection between the two floors. SPF:architects also designed the complimentary new look, which increased natural light inflow while remaining harmonious with the existing space.
