A 12-unit condominium located in West Hollywood, the Havenhurst project entered a plot that historically served as a community garden. The developer responsibly contributed 45% of the site back to the community as a pocket park, challenging SPF:a to work around the park in its building layout and orientation. Various studies examining shading and sun contributed to the final designation of public and private space.
