The SPF:a design floats a 5,000-square foot second-story over the original, containing ample pri-vate space for a family to live above reconfigured entertaining space.
The wood siding-clad ground floor features a living room, indoor dining, outdoor din-ing, family room, screening room, and swimming pool. The second story contains the master bedroom/bath, children and guest bedrooms, a playroom, home gym, and other private amenities. The second floor is beautifully clad in aluminum and glass, with different expressions in the aluminum exterior adding visual interest and passive shading to the private volume.
