The Noonan condominium is a 1,200 square foot renovation of a condominium unit in downtown Los Angeles, completed for a long-time friend of the architect. This project is highly detail-oriented, and uses the finest interior materials. The approach included removing as many existing walls as possible, creating an open and airy space that captures the views of the Los Angeles skyline from every angle.
