The relocation of the preeminent University of the Built Environment from the urban centre to the urban periphery-located on the edges of the defining natural feature of the city (the endangered Ridge)- is a decision charged with enormous polemical significance.

In exploring the terrain revealed by these questions the project proposes a strategy for inhabiting the site that advances the conversation of city building in the city of seven cities.
