Bijan has been producing museum-quality architectural models for over 30 years. With a master's degree in Architecture and Urban Development, combined with decades of experience working with oil, acrylic, graphic arts, and mixed media, Bijan brings to SPF:a an inimitable, surreal style expressed through 3D works both large and small.

In addition to overseeing the SPF:a model shop, Bijan is the founder and owner of Model Center Inc., a company producing architectural models for high-profile clients across the globe. Between 2001-2011, Bijan served as a part-time instructor at UCLA. He also spent five years as a designer in the office of Frank Lloyd Wright.

Bijan’s background in architecture, photography, and design also inform and illuminate the ideas he shares through abstract paintings. His artwork has been displayed in several galleries around Los Angeles ("Group of Eight" - Bergamot Station, 2000; "A Celebration of Arts" - BGH Gallery, 2002; "S, M, L, XLA" - A+D Museum, 2014; GDCA Gallery, Los Angeles, 2018).
