Since joining SPF:a 1998, Frank has served both a project designer and director on a number of the studio’s most distinguished works, including the award-winning Getty Villa Museum expansion in Malibu, the Greek Theatre campus expansion/renovation in Griffith Park, and the California Spine Center. Over his tenure, has also played a key role in the development and coordination of concrete shop drawings for several of Los Angeles’ defining architectural structures, among them the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels, designed by the renowned Jose Rafael Moneo.
In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, body surfing and astronomy with his wife and son. He is also an advocate for Veterans Affairs.
