Sebastian joined SPF:a in 2015 shortly after receiving his five-year Bachelor of Science in Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. While at Cal Poly Pomona, he was a member of the AIAS and received several accolades for design excellence and his work selected for showcase at both the university and at the prestigious VDL Research House in Los Angeles. In 2013, he participated in a multidisciplinary design program in Beijing, China, during which he received an award for his work and team leadership.
Sebastian has played an active role on a variety of projects at SPF:a, ranging from large creative office spaces to custom private residences. His responsibilities encompass everything from design and detailing to fabrication and permitting. He is currently working on the renovation and expansion of the Shakespeare Center of Los Angeles and the Anaheim Performing Arts Center.
Outside of the office, Sebastian enjoys rock climbing, nature, art, cooking, live music, and good company. He is always up for new experiences.
