In April 2000, [SPF:a] came on board upon termination of a prestigious firm that could not design the project within the school’s budget requirements. Upon hiring, [SPF:a] developed an on-budget schematic design for the project within three weeks, kept the project within 1% of that target upon the project’s ultimate completion. The project had fewer than one hundred RFI’s.
Despite its limited budget, Wildwood had lofty goals. [SPF:a] advised Wildwood to cut back on frills and project areas that were not absolutely essential. By adopting a Master Planning Capital Approach, Wildwood maximized its present day functions with the flexibility to grow into the future.
