Serrano Trail Reaches Construction Milestone
Construction on the Residence at Serrano Trail reached an important milestone this month as the basement level concrete pour has been completed. Up next is the formation of the metal deck for the floor above with more framing and a first-floor concrete pour to follow.
The 7000 SF single story home is sited within the San Manuel Reservation, an 800-acre stretch of land in the foothills of the San Bernardino mountains. Established in 1891, the reservation is home to the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, a tribe of the Serrano people; our client, a younger member of the tribe, was awarded the land after a lengthy wait-list process.
The project, which broke ground in the summer of 2017, is expected to be completed by early fall of next year.
