WE3 at Water's Edge Progress Report
Two weeks after completing excavation and erecting a tower crane on site ("going vertical"), construction on WE3 at Water's Edge continues to move swiftly as earlier this week the on-site team poured the first round of concrete and installed the last of 1,063 foundational piles that will support the six-story, 160,000 SF creative workspace.
Sited in the rapidly developing Playa Vista area known as "Silicon Beach", the project broke ground in April and is expected to be complete in the spring of 2020. WE3 will be the third and final building in the existing Water's Edge campus, which is currently the LA home of Electronic Arts.
