Nightingale III Hits Halfway Mark

Construction on Nightingale III, a 10,000 SF private residence in the Doheny Estates, hit the halfway mark this month, as the frame nears completion and work on the interiors begin. Expected to be finished in fall 2019, windows and doors are set to be installed in September with finishes to follow.

Burrowed into a sloping lot in the hills above the Sunset Strip, the home represents our fourth in the neighborhood and third on the Nightingale block. Technically a single story, Nightingale has an entirely concrete basement that connects to the main level through a central atrium; the main level facade will be clad in glass paneling and an anodized aluminum rain screen, similar to our Double Stick home.
