"Designed by Zoltan E. Pali, FAIA, founder of SPF:architects, Harper Avenue Apartments reconsiders multifamily housing on a constrained urban site in West Hollywood. Located one block south of Sunset Boulevard, the four-story residential development replaces an earlier proposal that did not fully utilize the site’s development potential. The revised scheme increases the project from 14 to 17 two-bedroom apartments, each averaging approximately 1,400 sqft, while meeting local planning, zoning, and parking requirements..."
